    Abstract: Since centers of a second gear, a fourth gear and a sixth gear coincide with each other and are disposed rotatably round a circumference of the same long shaft, a compact configuration can be realized while using a gear train of five gears to obtain a reduction gear ratio of a high gear ratio. The configuration in which the three gears have the same rotational center shaft in the way described above in an actuator which incorporates a plurality of gears is advantageous in that the number of center shafts is reduced and that the number of supporting holes in a housing which support center shafts is reduced.

    Abstract: Since a mounting member 11 has a cylindrical surface 11h to be engaged with a cylindrical hole 4d, it is possible to position a mounting member 11 and a nut 4 by only engaging the cylindrical surface 11h with the cylindrical hole 4d. Accordingly, it is possible to easily perform an assembly. In addition, when a force is applied to the mounting member 11 from the guide groove 1e of the case 1 in the rotational direction of the nut 4, the force is partially applied to the cylindrical hole 4d. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a load applied to screws 12 that fix the mounting member 11, and to use thinner screws.

    Abstract: An electric driving device for a transmission can be reduced in size with a simple structure, and can be installed in a small-sized car, such as a passenger car. In this electric driving device, a shift shaft 2 effects a selecting operation by its displacement in the axial direction and a shifting operation by its rotation. The displacement of the shift shaft 2 in the axial direction is effected by rocking and displacing a rocking arm 18 by means of a first actuator 13 or 113. Rotation of the shift shaft 2 is effected by pushing and/or pulling a rocking arm 20 by means of a second actuator 21. This driving arm 20 is fixedly disposed on the outer peripheral surface of a spline tube 5 which is brought into spline-engagement with the shift shaft 2.

    Abstract: An electric linear actuator includes an output shaft which is non-rotatable but displaceable in an axial direction and which has one end thereof coupled to a driven device; a cylindrical member arranged coaxially with the output shaft and rotatably about the output shaft, and driven by an electric motor for rotation; and a feed screw mechanism arranged between the output shaft and the cylindrical member for converting a rotating motion of the cylindrical member to a linear motion of the output shaft. The feed screw mechanism has a male spiral groove formed in the outer peripheral surface of the output shaft; a nut cylinder secured on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical member and formed with a plurality of circular holes; and a plurality of balls accommodated in the circular holes and engaged with the male spiral groove.
