  • Publication number: 20050172162
Abstract: A method is provided to point out which software program is causing a problem. Event records are collected from target objects being monitored. An event group is then produced by grouping the collected event records. The event group is compared with a plurality of pattern definition groups in terms of occurrence patterns of event records, where each pattern definition group defines a pattern of event records that would be produced upon occurrence of a particular problem. Subsequently a troubleshooting record is extracted. This troubleshooting record has previously been associated with a pattern definition group resembling the event group in terms of occurrence patterns of event records.

  • Patent number: 6622809
Abstract: A battery fixing structure of vehicle which prevents movement of the battery by fixing the battery in the middle of a battery tray with a fixing member. The fixing structure includes a U-shaped bolt which engages with a bead section formed on the battery tray, and both ends of the fixing member and a portion of the fixing member between the batteries are fixed to the battery tray. A portion of the U-shaped bolt engaging with the bead section is disposed within a groove of the bead section.

  • Patent number: 6568494
Abstract: A first cooling system is formed in a motor-assist device for a vehicle such that a motor housing including a motor is provided with a cooling path communicating with a cooling path in an engine, and the former cooling path is connected to a radiator, a water pump and the engine in that order. A second cooling system for cooling an inverter, which is separate from the first cooling system, is provided in the rear of the vehicle. The second cooling system includes a water pump and a radiator mounted on a lateral rod brace. Accordingly, the size of the second cooling system can be determined based on the amount of heat generated only in the inverter.

  • Patent number: 6457314
Abstract: A power transmission structure of a motor assist apparatus for a vehicle, wherein a ring gear need not have a flywheel function, such that a width of a flywheel can be reduced and a length of a motor housing can be shortened. In a vehicle with front wheel drive, because the starter motor does not interfere with a drive shaft, the degree of freedom in layout of the drive shaft, starter motor and the like increases. A ring gear installation member mounting a ring gear on an outer circumferential location thereof is provided between a rotor installation member (which mounts thereon a motor rotor of the engine) and a crank shaft of the engine.
