The processor is configured to determine, after standby, a maintenance standby time for each of the plurality of computers based on requests assigned to each of the plurality of computers. The processor is configured to determine, based on the maintenance standby time determined for each of the plurality of computers, an order in which maintenance is performed on the plurality of computers.

The primary processor transmits a plurality of first identification information to the second apparatus upon determining that all of the plural data are written in the third memory.
