    Abstract: A communication relay device includes a memory that stores a flooding destination address in advance separately from a learning table. When a source address received from a terminal is learned, the communication relay device determines whether the source address matches the stored destination address of the terminal, and when these addresses match each other, causes the matching source address to be learned more preferentially than other source addresses.
