  • Publication number: 20250211075
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a motor core includes forming multiple blocks, stacking the blocks to form a stacked body, and detecting an identifying portion with a detection device. The forming the blocks includes forming, only in the iron core piece that forms one end face of each block, an identifying portion for identifying the progressive press device that forms that block. The forming, only in the iron core piece that forms one end face of each block, the identifying portion includes forming the identifying portion in a surface of the iron core piece that forms the one end face of the block. The stacking the blocks to form the stacked body includes stacking, to form the stacked body, only the blocks formed by the progressive press device corresponding to the detected identifying portion among the multiple blocks.

  • Publication number: 20250119010
Abstract: A rotor includes a rotor core that includes a magnet housing hole, multiple magnet members that are accommodated in the magnet housing hole in a state of being separated from each other in a planar direction orthogonal to the stacking direction, and multiple fixing members that respectively fill spaces between an inner surface of the magnet housing hole and outer surfaces of the multiple magnet members. The fixing members press the magnet members against the inner surface of the magnet housing hole by foaming of a foaming agent, thereby fixing the magnet members. The magnet housing hole includes multiple recesses that are respectively filled with the fixing members.

  • Publication number: 20240380263
Abstract: A rotor for a rotating electric machine includes a cylindrical rotor core, a housing hole extending through the rotor core in a direction of a center line of the rotor core, a permanent magnet that is fixed while being accommodated in the housing hole, and a fixing member made of a plastic that fills a gap between an inner surface of the housing hole and an outer surface of the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is split into two segments such that division surfaces extend in the direction of the center line. The permanent magnet is disposed such that a distance between the two segments decreases from a first end to a second end of the segments in the direction of the center line.

  • Publication number: 20240380292
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a rotor includes preparing magnets and a core including magnet housing holes. Each magnet housing holes including an elongated hole portion. The elongated hole portion and the magnet are configured such that a difference between a dimension in a width direction of the elongated hole portion and a dimension in the width direction of the magnet when accommodated in the elongated hole portion is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.45 mm. The method further includes accommodating the magnets in the elongated hole portions of the magnet housing holes, clamping the core between a first die and a second die in a state in which the magnets are accommodated in the elongated hole portions of the magnet housing holes, and injecting the thermoplastic into the magnet housing holes of the core clamped between the first die and the second die.

  • Publication number: 20240053218
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a chamber in which workpieces of different sizes can be positioned. A chamber according to an aspect of the present invention is a chamber for a leak tester, the chamber housing in the interior thereof a workpiece having an opening, the chamber including: a first member having a recess that forms a housing space for the workpiece; a second member adapted to close an open end of the recess; and a positioning mechanism for positioning the workpiece within the housing space such that the opening is in a predetermined position, wherein the positioning mechanism holds the workpiece apart from the first member and the second member.

  • Publication number: 20240053216
Abstract: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a chamber with which inspection conditions of a leak test performed on workpieces of different sizes can easily be managed. The chamber according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a chamber used in a leak tester, and includes: a main chamber for housing a workpiece; a sub-chamber that communicates with the main chamber; and a volume changing mechanism for changing the volume of the sub-chamber, wherein the volume changing mechanism changes the volume of the sub-chamber such that a total volume of a space on the outside of the workpiece in the main chamber and the sub-chamber remains constant with respect to workpieces of different sizes.
