  • Publication number: 20230330842
Abstract: A robot controller that controls an operation of a robot includes circuitry and memory equipment. The memory equipment stores target data indicating a target installation state of a transferrer that supports and moves at least one of the robot or a target object handled by the robot. The circuitry outputs to a display an input image showing a measurement position of an installation state of the transferrer together with an image of the transferrer. The circuitry receives measurement data of the installation state. The circuitry compares the measurement data with the target data to determine the presence or absence of the abnormality of the installation state.

  • Publication number: 20220185677
Abstract: Hafnium carbide powder for plasma electrodes is represented by a chemical formula HfCx (where x=0.5 to 1.0). The content of carbon particles contained as impurities in the hafnium carbide powder is less than or equal to 0.03% by mass. The hafnium carbide powder preferably has an average particle size of 0.5 to 2 ?m. To produce the hafnium carbide powder, a pellet made from mixed powder of hafnium oxide and carbon is first placed in a second crucible made of silicon carbide. Then, the hafnium carbide powder is formed by heating the second crucible at 1800 to 2000° C. with the second crucible arranged in a first crucible made of carbon.

  • Patent number: 10294929
Abstract: A liquid supply device which supplies liquid to a target object, comprises a cylinder having both ends closed; a piston which comparts an inner space of the cylinder into a first space and a second space, and is relatively slidable on an inner wall surface of the cylinder; a piston rod which extends to penetrate an end portion of the cylinder and has a tip end portion connected to the piston; a frame member to which a portion of the piston rod which is located outside the cylinder is fastened; a drive section which causes the cylinder to reciprocate in a direction in which the piston rod extends; a first flow line which is in communication with the first space to flow the liquid therethrough; and a second flow line which is in communication with the second space to flow the liquid therethrough.

  • Publication number: 20080038132
Abstract: Conventionally, when a canned motor is used in the drive part of a rotary dry vacuum pump, there is found a problem that reaction produced gas flows into the interior of the canned motor to thereby break down the canned motor and thus the rotary dry vacuum pump.
