  • Patent number: 9643455
Abstract: Provided is a pneumatic radial tire for aircraft that includes a radial carcass constituting a backbone structure of the tire, a belt (6) disposed along an outer periphery of a crown region of the radial carcass, and at least one protective layer (7) disposed along an outer periphery of the belt (6) and formed by a plurality of cords (9). The cords (9) in the protective layer (7) are curved in a sinusoidal shape and disposed in parallel with equal phase. An acute inclination angle ? between an amplitude center line of each cord (9) relative to a tire circumferential direction, a half amplitude a of each cord (9), and a wavelength ? of each cord (9) satisfy the relationship: tan ?>2?a/?>0.4 (0°<?<90°).

  • Patent number: 9636883
Abstract: Score lines are formed on package material. A spout attachment hole is formed in a portion corresponding to a top gusset section of a pouch. A spout is attached to the spout attachment hole. A portion corresponding to a peripheral edge of the top gusset section of the pouch and a portion corresponding to a top edge of a body section of the pouch are heat-sealed, and the package material is cut in the width direction. Portions corresponding to side edges of the body section of the pouch are heat-sealed, and a portion corresponding to a peripheral edge of a bottom gusset section and a portion corresponding to a peripheral edge of a bottom end portion of the body section are heat-sealed. The heat-sealed portions formed at the portions corresponding to the side edges of the body section of the pouch are cut so a spouted pouch package is released.

  • Patent number: 8752602
Abstract: The present invention provides an aircraft tire having a carcass structure capable of sufficiently satisfying recent demands for high pressure resistance without increase in tire weight. An aircraft tire 9 includes a pair of bead portions 2 and a carcass 4 made by stacking two or more carcass layers 3 composed of cords coated with rubber, which toroidally extend between the bead portions 2. Further, with respect to carcass layers 3 of the carcass 4 which are adjacent to each other, elongation at break of a widthwise outer carcass layer 3 is smaller than elongation at break of a widthwise inner carcass layer 3.

  • Patent number: 7780806
Abstract: There is provided a tire for an aircraft capable of enhancing abrasion resistance and effectively preventing a progress of peeling of the non-extensible cords of the main belt layers even when the tire suffers external injury reaching the main belt layers.
