  • Patent number: 9903385
Abstract: An impeller including: blades disposed in a circumferential direction of the impeller; a disk located close to a second end side of an axis of the impeller with respect to the blades, to which the blades are attached, and configured to be attached to a rotating shaft; and a shroud located close to a first end side of an axis of the impeller with respect to the blades, and to which the blades are attached. Flow passages are formed by the blades, the disk and the shroud. The blades, the shroud and a first portion of the disk close to the second end side of the axis of the impeller are integrated so as to form a first member. A second portion of the disk close to the first end side of the axis of the impeller forms a second member.

  • Patent number: 9644482
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a machine component includes a process of estimating post-heat-treatment strength for the intermediate form of a base material after a certain mechanical working process is performed, and a process of comparing the estimated strength with reference strength required for a final form. According to a result of the comparison, heat treatment of the base material is performed after one of the mechanical working processes is performed.

  • Patent number: 8460137
Abstract: A belt-drive CVT includes a pair of pulleys, each of which has a stationary pulley and a movable pulley that moves toward or away from the stationary pulley in an axial direction of the pulley, a belt that is wound around the pair of pulleys and a rotation state detecting device for detecting rotation of the pulley. The rotation state detecting device has a tone wheel that rotates integrally with the pulley and a sensor that faces the tone wheel. The tone wheel has a cylinder portion that extends along a moving direction of the movable pulley. The cylinder portion is provided with a plurality of detection portions which are arranged at regular intervals in a circumferential direction throughout an entire circumference of the cylinder portion and which extend along the moving direction of the movable pulley.
