The upper revolving structure (3) is provided with a fuel cell (11) generating power supplied to an electric motor (14), a hydrogen tank (20) storing hydrogen supplied to the fuel cell (11), a heat exchanger (24) cooling the fuel cell (11), and cooling fans (25C), (25D), (26A), (27A) each supplying a cooling air to the heat exchanger (24). The operator's seat (9) is disposed on the upstream side of the hydrogen tank (20) with respect to a flow direction of a cooling air F1 generated by the cooling fans (25C), (25D), (26A), (27A).
