  • Patent number: 11127759
Abstract: An alternating stack of insulating layers and sacrificial material layers is formed over a substrate. Memory openings are formed through the alternating stack. A layer stack including a charge storage layer, a tunneling dielectric layer, a semiconductor material layer, and a dielectric material layer is formed in the memory openings. The dielectric material layer may include a doped silicate glass layer. A doped silicate glass pillar can be formed at a bottom portion of each memory opening, and a bottom portion of the semiconductor material layer can be converted into a source region by outdiffusion of dopants from the doped silicate glass pillar. Alternatively, the semiconductor material layer can be heavily doped, and can be recessed to form a source region.

  • Patent number: 9242826
Abstract: This method for producing wet wipes includes the following steps: a step for vertically folding non-woven cloth sheets; a step for impregnating the sheets with a chemical; a step for stacking the sheets; a step for cutting the sheets at predetermined lengths; a step for pulling the cut sheets away from a transporting conveyer provided with a suction mechanism by means of a pusher, and stacking the cut sheets; a step for pressing a bundle comprising the sheets; and a step for packaging the bundle. The pusher is disposed between the transporting conveyers. The blades of the pusher have a plurality of tooth sections. The pusher drops the sheets suctioned to the transporting conveyer downwards by means of moving vertically downwards.

  • Patent number: 9232876
Abstract: In order to achieve both ease of removal and an increase in the rate of impregnation by a predetermined chemical, in this packaging structure of a package of wet wipes, a convex region is formed at a position containing a region that faces the opening of a main package body and that is on the upper surface of a stacked body of wet wipes. The convex region is formed protruding towards the main package body. A space is formed between the region (corresponding to the ends) aside from the convex region formed on the wet wipes and the upper surface to which the opening of the main package body is provided.

  • Publication number: 20130267401
Abstract: The present invention prevents unevenness in the amount of impregnation by a predetermined chemical and prevents a decrease in ease of removal resulting from increasing the rate of impregnation by the predetermined chemical. A press device (15) has: a plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203); press belts (204a, 204b) wound around the plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203); and conveyor belts (205, 206) that convey a stacked body (800). At least one roller from among the plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203) drives the press belts (204a, 204b) at a predetermined speed of conveyance and in a predetermined direction of conveyance. The press belts (204a, 204b) are disposed with a gap in an intersecting direction (CD) perpendicular to the conveyance direction (MD) that is such that the press belts (204a, 204b) can contact both end portions (800A, 800B) of the stacked body (800) in the intersecting direction (CD).

  • Publication number: 20110155738
Abstract: It is an object of the invention to provide a technique for taking out an article from a package housed within a container. Wet tissues are stored in a package, and the package is housed within a container. The package has an opening-closing portion formed by a laminated portion of a first sheet and a second sheet, and a proximal portion formed by a portion of the second sheet which protrudes from the first sheet. One side of the first sheet is removably bonded to the top of the body by a first adhesive. One side of the second sheet is bonded to the other side of the first sheet and also to the top of the body by a second adhesive. The package is housed within the container in the state in which the opening-closing portion of the lid is peeled off the top of the body, turned over and bonded to the back of the body by the first adhesive.

  • Patent number: 5599870
Abstract: The present invention relates to an aqueous emulsion comprising a dispersant of a modified polyvinyl alcohol with an ethylene unit content of 2 to 9 mol % and a degree of hydrolysis of at least 95 mol %, a dispersoid of a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and a ratio (.eta.2 rpm/.eta.20 rpm) of Brookfield viscosity at 30.degree. C., 2 rpm (.eta.2 rpm) as against Brookfield viscosity at 30.degree. C., 20 rpm (.eta.20 rpm) being 1 to 1.8 when the latter viscosity (.eta.20 rpm) is adjusted to 5,000 to 10,000 mPa.multidot.S.The aqueous emulsion according to the present invention is excellent in structural viscosity (flowability, high speed application performance), provides coated layers with high water resistance and low-temperature stability, and can be suitably used extensively as an adhesive for paper, wood and plastics, as a binder for impregnated paper and non-woven products, as an additive for mortar, as a paint, and in paper and fiber processings.
