  • Patent number: 11970681
Abstract: To provide a plate with which, although the plate has a plurality of microchannels or a microchannel in which a plurality of branch channels are formed, when a sample flowing through a microchannel is observed by a microscope, it is possible to easily identify the position of the microchannel or the branch channel under observation without reducing the magnification of the microscope. A plate having a microchannel therein includes an identification mark for identifying a position of the microchannel in a plane direction of the plate. When the microchannel includes a plurality of mutually independent microchannels, the identification mark is preferably formed for each microchannel. When the microchannel includes a source channel communicating with an injection port through which a sample is injected and a plurality of branch channels communicating with the source channel, the identification mark is preferably formed for each of the source channel and the branch channels.

  • Publication number: 20240090344
Abstract: A magnetic storage device includes first and second magnetic layers and a non-magnetic layer, where the non-magnetic layer includes a first oxide layer containing magnesium and oxygen, a second oxide layer containing magnesium and oxygen, a third oxide layer containing zinc and oxygen, a fourth oxide layer containing a first predetermined element and oxygen, and a fifth oxide layer containing a second predetermined element and oxygen, and a crystal structure of an oxide of the first predetermined element and a crystal structure of an oxide of the second predetermined element are each a rock salt structure. The first predetermined element and the second predetermined element each have an oxide formation free energy greater than an oxide formation free energy of zinc, and the oxide of the first predetermined element and the oxide of the second predetermined element each have a bandgap narrower than a bandgap of an oxide of magnesium.

  • Publication number: 20220212916
Abstract: A microchip includes: a first substrate; a second substrate partially bonded to the first substrate, the second substrate having a main surface and an outer side face; a hollow channel located between the first substrate and the second substrate, the channel extending in a direction along the main surface of the second substrate; a liquid distribution port formed to penetrate the second substrate; a first bonding section that bonds the first substrate to the second substrate to surround the channel when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the main surface; a second bonding section located at a position closer to the outer side face of the second substrate than the first bonding section, and that bonds the first substrate to the second substrate; and an internal space provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, and that communicates with a space outside the first substrate and the second substrate.
