Abstract: This production machine diagnosing system and method, box making machine, and remote monitoring system include a data collecting unit for collecting operation data of a plurality of drive devices, and a diagnosing unit for detecting an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the plurality of drive devices collected by the data collecting unit, wherein the diagnosing unit comprises: a first diagnosing unit which, when a first drive device among the plurality of drive devices, for driving an apparatus that conveys a sheet, is driven, detects an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the first drive device; and a second diagnosing unit which, when a second drive device other than the first drive device, among the plurality of drive devices, is driven, detects an abnormality on the basis of the operation data of the second drive device.
