The semiconductor layer has a crystal structure in which an angle between two of crystal orientations with equivalent relationships on a crystal plane having a correspondence with the principal surface of the substrate is 60 degrees or 120 degrees. The element region includes unit element regions formed on the principal surface of the substrate. The fin transistors are formed in the semiconductor layer, in the respective unit element regions. The fin transistors radially extend from a center toward an outer periphery of the element region. Adjacent two of the fin transistors have a spacing with a 60° angle or a 120° angle.

An imaging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first substrate group in which is arranged a light source cell array portion configured to generate a light signal; and a second substrate group in which is arranged a pixel array portion configured to photoelectrically convert the light signal and output a pixel signal representing a result of a sum-of-product computation. The first substrate group and the second substrate group are stacked so that at least a part of the light source cell array portion overlaps with the pixel array portion.

Abstract: Vehicle allocation system includes an information provision apparatus, a first apparatus: control apparatus, and a user's second apparatus: user terminal apparatus. Processor of the information provision apparatus calculates a first driving plan for a vehicle in response to request information. When a second driving plan different from the first driving plan is calculated based on detection information acquired from the vehicle, the processor determines the cause of a change in the driving plan on the basis of the detection information. The processor transmits cause information including the cause to the user terminal apparatus. The user terminal apparatus presents the cause information on a display.

Abstract: A golf club head is formed by joining various parts to a head shell made of metal and having a hollow structure. The head shell has a region where a face and a sole are continuous with each other, thereby forming a leading edge between the face and the sole. The sole of the head shell is provided with a concave slot along the leading edge. The slot is configured to bend in a target direction upon hitting a ball with the face. A reinforcing member made of fiber reinforced plastic configured to apply a resistance to bending of the slot is attached in the slot. The slot has a thickness of, for example, about 0.8 mm to 1.3 mm and has a cross-sectional shape forming a parabola. The reinforcing member has a thickness of, for example, about 10% to 20% of the width of the slot in the target direction.
