  • Patent number: 12581236
Abstract: Extract intracorporeal sounds (such as low-frequency-range heart sounds or breath sounds) by not only reducing steady noise (such as low-frequency-range environmental sounds or noise) but also reducing unexpected noise (such as high-frequency-range cries or speaking voices). This keeps up the intracorporeal sounds (such as low-frequency-range heart sounds or breath sounds), while reducing the unexpected noise (such as high-frequency-range cries or speaking voices), using an improved adaptive filter unit and an improved nonlinear filter unit. Here, a reduction level of the unexpected noise (such as high-frequency-range cries or speaking voices) and a level of keeping up the intracorporeal sounds (such as low-frequency-range heart sounds or breath sounds) are quantitatively calculated.

  • Patent number: 8521425
Abstract: In a position registering apparatus, an acquiring unit acquires traveling state information indicating a traveling state of a mobile object and a position identifying unit specifies the current position of the mobile object, based on the traveling state information and map information. After the current position of the mobile object is identified to be on a road within a predetermined range from a destination set by a destination setting unit and is then identified to be at a place other than the road, if the parking determining unit determines that the mobile object is parked, a registering unit registers, into a storage unit, a deviation point from the road as an entrance point of a parking lot of the destination.

  • Patent number: 8456326
Abstract: An acquiring unit (101) acquires traveling state information indicating a traveling state of a mobile object. A position identifying unit (102) identifies the current position of the mobile object, based on the traveling state information and map information. If the current position of the mobile object identified to be on a road is subsequently identified not to be on any road, a registering unit (103) registers into a storage unit, a deviation point from the road as an entrance point to a parking lot. When a new deviation point is registered as an entrance point to the parking lot, if an entrance point in the vicinity of the new deviation point is already registered, the registering unit (103) determines whether the new deviation point is to be newly registered as an entrance point to the parking lot based on information about the entrance points.

  • Patent number: 8190356
Abstract: In a navigation apparatus, an acquiring unit acquires traveling state information indicating a traveling state of a mobile object. A position identifying unit identifies a current position of the mobile object based on the traveling state information and map information. The destination setting unit sets a destination. A route searching unit searches for a route based on the destination. A route guidance unit performs route guidance based on the route. A parking determining unit determines whether the mobile object is parked. If during the route guidance, the current position of the mobile object identified to be on a road within a first predetermined range from the destination is identified not to be on any road and it is determined that the mobile object is parked, a registering unit registers the most recent deviation point as an entrance point of a parking lot of the destination into a storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20090281725
Abstract: An acquiring section (101) acquires moving state information representing the moving state of a mobile object. A position identifying section (102) identifies the current position of the mobile object according to the moving state information and map information. When the current position of the moving object is judged to be identified as a place other than the road where the mobile object has been moving, a registering section (103) registers the deviation position from the road as an entrance position of a parking lot in storage means. If an entrance position of the parking lot is registered around the new deviation position when the new deviation position is registered as an entrance of the parking lot, the registering section (103) judges from the information on these entrance positions whether or not the new deviation position is newly registered as an entrance position of the parking lot.

  • Publication number: 20090143979
Abstract: In a position registering apparatus, an acquiring unit acquires traveling state information. A position identifying unit identifies the current position of a mobile object, based on the traveling state information and map information. When the current position of the mobile object identified to be on a road is then identified to be at a place other than the road, a saving unit temporarily saves a deviation point from the road. If a parking determining unit determines that the mobile object is parked when the current position of the mobile object is identified at a place other than the road, a retrieving unit retrieves a feature existing in the vicinity of the parking position. If a feature is retrieved, a registering unit registers into a storage unit, the deviation point as an entrance point of a parking lot of the feature retrieved.
