Abstract: A signal indicator lamp includes an LED mounting substrate 2, and is made up of a plurality of consecutively provided lens units 3 with cylindrical light guiding radiation portions 20 provided so as to enclose the LED mounting substrate 2. An LED 14 is mounted at a position biased to the side of an end portion 2D from a central position 2C in a short-side direction S of the LED mounting substrate 2. In the light guiding radiation portion 20, a slit portion 23 is defined which is cut away in an axial direction X such that the LED 14 is arranged therein when the lens unit 3 encloses the LED mounting substrate 2. Light made incident into the lens unit 3 from incident surfaces 24 being a pair of opposite end faces of the slit portion 23 is guided by the light guiding radiation portion 20, and is radiated outward in the entire circumferential region thereof.

Abstract: The present invention is applied to a charger that charges a rechargeable battery mounted on an electric vehicle. The charger according to the present invention includes an electric power supply unit that supplies electric power to said rechargeable battery; a payment unit that makes payment with electronic money to use said charger; and a control unit, when said control unit is instructed by said electric vehicle to start charging, that instructs said electric power supply unit to start supplying electric power to said rechargeable battery and that instructs said payment unit to make payment with said electronic money.

Abstract: A light emitting device which is substantially free from misrecognition occurring due to external light and is less conspicuous. The light emitting device includes an inner lens subjected to a half mirror treatment and provided around a light emitting member. The inner lens is tubular, and has a half mirror formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof by metal coating. The inner lens surrounds the light emitting member, and its lower portion is retained by a case. An engagement cover is attached to an upper portion of the inner lens. Thus, the inner lens is fixed to the outer cover, and prevents external light from intruding into the inner lens.

Abstract: A mounting structure for mounting a bottom surface 24 of a case 2 of a revolving light 1 to a top surface 56 of a roof 3 of a vehicle. The mounting structure 57 includes cushioning members 58 interposed between the bottom surface 24 and the top surface 56, first fixing members 59 mounting the cushioning members 58 to the bottom surface 24, and second fixing members 60 mounting the cushioning members 58 to the top surface 56. Each cushioning member 58 includes first main cushioning portions 143 disposed close to the first fixing members 59 and contacting the bottom surface 24, a second main cushioning portion 148 disposed close to the second fixing member 60 and contacting the top surface 56, and a sub cushioning portion that damps vibration of the revolving light 1.
