Abstract: An object is to prevent concentration of communication traffic at a management node and to avoid a reduction in communication speed. An AP stores information for specifying a permitted terminal permitted to communicate with a communication network, and generates access information when information for specifying a connection request terminal requesting a connection to the communication network through wireless communication is not stored as the information for specifying the permitted terminal, by adding terminal information and AP information to information used for accessing provider information that provides an authentication window used for authentication of the connection request terminal.
