    Abstract: Provided is an infrared imaging device capable of reducing streak noise by calculating correction coefficients for correcting streak noise from a single image. The infrared imaging device includes: a thermal image generator to generate a single thermal image on the basis of a signal from a thermal image sensor; a correction coefficient calculator to calculate multiple correction coefficients included in a correction equation for converting pixel values of pixels included in the single thermal image into target values in which streak noise is reduced; and a thermal image corrector to correct a thermal image generated by the thermal image generator by using the multiple correction coefficients, wherein the correction coefficient calculator calculates the multiple correction coefficients on the basis of difference between pixel values of pixels arranged in a direction in which the streak noise occurs in the single thermal image.

When in an EGR region (Regr) where an EGR gas is recirculated to the intake passage (12) through the EGR passage (27), the negative pressure control valve (44) is controlled in a manner to ensure a differential pressure between an exhaust passage (13) and the intake passage (12). When in an operation region (R2) lower in load than the EGR region (Regr), the negative pressure control valve (44) is controlled in a closing direction so as to suppress occurrence of noise.

    Abstract: To provide a fuel injection nozzle that not only enables adjustment of a flow rate, but also causes contaminants and gum to pass through to reduce an effect on the flow rate. A fuel injection nozzle having a flat portion on an outer peripheral face of a needle is disclosed. The fuel injection nozzle opens at a predetermined angle, and, by the needle moving in an axial direction in an inner periphery of an injection hole, gaps are formed between the outer peripheral face of the needle and an inner peripheral face of the injection hole of a nozzle body. Adjustment to a desired fuel injection flow rate is possible by setting an outer diameter of the needle, a distance from the seat portion to a starting position of the flat portion on the outer peripheral face of the needle, and an incline angle of the flat portion.

The improved rotary throttle valve carburetor includes: a throttle valve having a throttle hole; a metering needle disposed perpendicularly to an air intake passage; a fuel nozzle; and a starting mechanism comprising a throttle valve lever, an operating cam, and an adjusting screw. The throttle valve lever is coupled to the rotary throttle valve and is configured to rotate the throttle valve into a first state with increased airflow for cold starting. The operating cam is configured to push the throttle valve lever upward and hold the throttle valve lever in the first state using an engaging protrusion. The adjusting screw is configured to adjust a depth of the metering needle being inserted into the throttle hole by adjusting a position of the throttle valve lever.
