  • Publication number: 20220229047
Abstract: The present invention provides a linked body for fluorescent labeling agents, the linked body suppressing noise due to specific adsorption in performing quantification and localization analysis of a target substance. The present invention is a linked body for fluorescent labeling agents obtained by bonding a probe molecule to a bonding group via a linker, in which a labeling ratio of the bonding group to the probe molecule is 3 or more.

  • Publication number: 20210011007
Abstract: The present invention relates to fluorescent premix particles, a fluorescent stain containing the same, and a fluorescent staining method in which these are used, and the fluorescent premix particles are particles including: phosphor integrated particles that are modified with a first reactive substance; and at least one target protein-binding substance that is modified with a second reactive substance and is selected from the group consisting of an antibody and an aptamer, wherein the phosphor integrated particles and the at least one target protein-binding substance are linked by interaction between the first reactive substance and the second reactive substance.

  • Patent number: 10656092
Abstract: A method of quantifying a specific biological material in a specimen stained using fluorescent dye accumulating particles capable of binding to the material includes: inputting a first fluorescence image obtained by capturing an image of the specimen; extracting a certain region from the first fluorescence image and calculating a first luminance integrated value by integrating luminance values of the certain region; and calculating the number of the particles included in the certain region from the first luminance integrated value and an average luminance value per fluorescent dye accumulating particle, wherein the average luminance value is calculated from a distribution of second luminance integrated values obtained by integrating luminance values for individual bright spot regions, which indicate emission of light by the fluorescent dye accumulating particles, in a second fluorescence image obtained by capturing an image of a preparation onto which the fluorescent dye accumulating particles are dispersed w

  • Publication number: 20180209907
Abstract: An analysis method of a target biological substance for analyzing a tissue specimen with a fluorescence microscope is provided. The tissue specimen is stained with immunostaining reagents including different kinds of fluorescent nanoparticles. According to the analysis method, a luminance ratio of each of the immunostaining reagents for each of filter sets is calculated; and number of fluorescent bright points is measured in the tissue specimen for each of the filter sets for calculating number of fluorescent bright points for each of the immunostaining reagents based on the luminance ratio.
