In addition, the support base body includes a fixed post so as to extend upward; a movable post provided in the fixed post so as to be capable of moving in an up-and-down direction relative to the fixed post, the movable post-supporting the top board from below; and a bumper member provided on an outer lateral surface of the movable post so as to be capable of absorbing impact.
