  • Patent number: 8060032
Abstract: A wireless communication device capable of restraining interference and thereby improving transmission quality. A wireless controller includes a wireless communication interface, and a baseband controller includes a baseband communication interface for controlling the transfer/reception of baseband signals, a logic circuit, and a memory. The wireless communication interface and the baseband communication interface are connected to each other by a communication line, and the memory stores, with respect to individual radio frequencies of a receive radio signal, bit rates for the communication line at which interference caused by noise produced around the communication line is minimized. When notified of a receive radio frequency, the logic circuit reads, from the memory, an optimum bit rate which corresponds to the receive radio frequency and at which the interference is minimized, and sets the optimum bit rate in the wireless communication interface and the baseband communication interface.
