    Abstract: An auxiliary power circuit may measure a first time during which the voltage level of a capacitor falls from a first level to a second level by a leakage current of the capacitor, may charge the capacitor to a third level, may measure a second time during which the voltage level of the capacitor falls from the third level to a fourth level by the leakage current of the capacitor and a discharge current of a current source, may calculate a capacitance of the capacitor based on the first level, the second level, the first time, the third level, the fourth level, the second time and the discharge current of the current source, and may determine the state of the capacitor based on the calculated capacitance of the capacitor.

Each memory device includes a plurality of memory dies, an interface configured to distribute the signal based on the target ID, and a redriver configured to redrive the signal such that the signal is transferred to another memory device.

    Abstract: A memory system includes a memory device, a memory controller configured to control the memory device, and an auxiliary power source configured to supply power to the memory device and the memory controller. The memory controller activates the auxiliary power source in response to the occurrence an NPO (normal power-off) or an SPO (sudden power-off), checks whether there exists an uncompleted operation at a point of time at which the auxiliary power source is activated, and completes the uncompleted operation, and when an amount of residual energy of the auxiliary power source after completing the uncompleted operation exceeds a predetermined threshold value, performs a data verify operation for a predetermined area in the memory device and stores a result of the data verify operation in the memory device.

The power manager may group and manage selected auxiliary power circuits among the plurality of auxiliary power circuits as a test group, and perform a full discharge test on the selected auxiliary power circuits.
