  • Patent number: 11955471
Abstract: An integrated circuit may include a first active region and a second active region, and the first and second active regions may extend on a substrate in a first horizontal direction in parallel to each other and have different conductivity types from each other. A first gate line may extend in a second horizontal direction crossing the first horizontal direction, and may form a first transistor with the first active region. The first transistor may include a gate to which a first input signal is applied. The first gate line may include a first partial gate line that overlaps the first active region in a perpendicular direction and that has an end on a region between the first and second active regions.

  • Patent number: 10940568
Abstract: The present invention relates to a machining center, and more particularly, to a machining center which allows a bed and a column to be integrated, thereby being capable of reducing the overall size of the apparatus and saving production costs and allows vibrations and displacements occurring in each of 5 axes to be rapidly transmitted to other axes to minimize relative vibrations and displacements between the axes, thereby being capable of performing high-precision machining.

  • Publication number: 20200331109
Abstract: A tool magazine module of the machine tool is disclosed. The tool magazine module includes: a rotary shaft rotating by being connected to a drive part providing a rotational force; a plurality of magazine bases having a disk shape and being provided with a central part connected to a rotary shaft to be rotated, the plurality of magazine bases loaded with a tool along a rim thereof, and mounted by being stacked on the rotary shaft; and a transfer system enabling the tools to be interchanged between any magazine base and a tool changer by moving in an up-and-down direction and a forward-and-backward direction on one side of the magazine base.

  • Publication number: 20200331108
Abstract: A tool gripper for a machine tool is proposed. The tool gripper includes: a base to which a tool magazine is detachably coupled; a pair of guide arms disposed at both sides of the base to make an insertion space for a tool with the base, each having a first end fixed to the base and a second end having a cantilever shape extending toward the tool, and each having a guide protrusion formed at the second end to come in contact with the tool such that the guide protrusions press both sides of the tool by elasticity acting at the second ends about fixed first ends; and a support extending toward the tool between the guide arms at both sides of the base and having a supporting protrusion supporting the tool at an end.

  • Patent number: 8075564
Abstract: A piezotome operation unit for lifting a maxillary sinus at a position of placement of an implant upon lifting the maxillary sinus, which forms and enlarges the vertical hole with ease in a remaining bone of the maxillary sinus though vertical approaching, and upon forming a lateral window below a malar bone through lateral approaching, prevents a maxillary membrane from becoming damaged, thereby ensuring continuous, safe lifting so that the operating time is shortened and the efficiency of the operation is maximized.

  • Patent number: 8002548
Abstract: A method of maxillary sinus bone grafting for placement of an implant in which upon placement of the implant, a vertical hole is formed and enlarged with ease in a maxillary sinus floor, a maxillary membrane is easily lifted in an always-stable state using a piezotome and gel type bone graft material while preventing the membrane from becoming damaged, and even the bone graft material of coarse bone meal is uniformly diffused and infused, thereby ensuring that the implant is placed in a fast, safe manner while allowing a patient to keep relaxed and alleviating the pain the patient feels, resulting in shortening a curing time and maximizing effects of the placement of the implant.
