  • Publication number: 20210400986
Abstract: A solid composition according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes fungal dormant sclerotium, a carbon source nutrient, and a nitrogen source nutrient. The solid composition is a dried solid composition. The solid composition may weed out target plants, including the burcucumber which is designated as an ecologically damaging plant and suppress soil-borne diseases like Sclerotinia dollar spot disease. By using the solid composition, burcucumber and Sclerotinia dollar spot disease can effectively be controlled, and it is possible to make significant gains in solving problems with biological products containing microorganisms in stages of production, storage, distribution, and usage process.

  • Publication number: 20070135324
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stable microemulsion composition comprising metalaxyl-M(methyl N-(methoxyacetyl)N-(2,6-xylyl)-D-alaninate) used for agricultural fungicide as active ingredient. Specifically, the microemulsion composition of the present invention is characterized in that the phase is not destroyed at a wide range of temperature during storage to remain stable, even if the composition comprises a high concentration of active ingredient. Also, the microemulsion composition of the present invention can form stable microemulsion in a wide range of dilution concentration, even if the composition is diluted with water.

  • Patent number: 5684735
Abstract: A semiconductor memory cell comprising a capacitor for storing data thereon, and a first transistor being switched in response to a logic state of a word line. The first transistor writes data on a bit line into the capacitor, reads the data stored on the capacitor and transfers the read data to the bit line. The semiconductor memory cell further comprises a second transistor being switched in response to the logic state of the word line. The second transistor writes data on a bit line bar into the capacitor, reads the data stored on the capacitor and transfers the read data to the bit line bar. The semiconductor memory cell further comprises a transistor device for holding the data stored on the capacitor. According to the present invention, the semiconductor memory cell has a reduced number of devices as compared with a conventional one to enhance a chip integration degree.
