Patent number: 11717900Abstract: A machine forms a whip from a length of cable. The machine includes a clamping assembly, a notching assembly, and a cutting assembly. The clamping assembly includes a pad which can be move into and out of a cable travel space. The notching assembly includes a notching saw which cuts an outer jacket of the cable in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. Movement of the pad also causes movement of the notching saw to move into the cable travel space or into a raised position. The cutting assembly includes a cutting tool which transversely cuts the conductors of the cable.Type: GrantFiled: October 28, 2020Date of Patent: August 8, 2023Assignee: GREENLEE TOOLS, INC.Inventors: William Frederick Nordlin, Dale Ritchie Williams, Sean A. Patent number: 7040049Abstract: An integrated gift card packet is machine printed and formed and comprises a paper form having at least two panels interconnected together. The panels are retained in facial contact by detachable tabs or glue tabs. Each of the panels has an inner and an outer surface. Printed information is provided on some or all of the surfaces. Card information is printed in a card area on the inner and outer surfaces of one of the panels. The card information contains a bar code identifying goods/services and a dollar value associated therewith. The bar code may have a card I.D. code. A poly patch is adhesively secured on the inner surface of one of the panels and extends over the card area. A rear multi-layer patch is adhesively secured on the outer surface of one of the panels and also extends over the card area. The multi-layer patch has an adhesive coating on the outer surface to secure a poly film thereto.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2001Date of Patent: May 9, 2006Assignee: Relizon Canada Inc.Inventors: Christopher Robert Cox, William Dale Ritchie, Remi Lambert, William Garland

Patent number: 7040665Abstract: A carrier sheet comprising a printed paper sheet having an integrated detachable card with a magnetic backing and method of manufacturing same is described. The carrier sheet is comprised of a printed paper sheet having printed matter on at least a front face thereof. The printed matter contains card information printed in a card area. A polyfilm patch is adhered over the card area and over the card information printed thereon. A thin flexible patch of magnet material is adhesively secured on a rear face of the paper sheet and extends over the card area. A die-cut is made in the sheet and delineates the contour of the card area and extends through the polyfilm patch, the paper sheet and partly into the patch of magnet material to form a burstable region along said die-cut to hold the card in the carrier sheet. The die-cut can have any ornamental shape.Type: GrantFiled: October 10, 2001Date of Patent: May 9, 2006Assignee: Relizon Canada Inc.Inventors: William Dale Ritchie, Christopher Robert Cox, Bill Garland

Patent number: 6814375Abstract: A carrier sheet with an integrated card and preferably, but not exclusively, a magnetic strip card is described. The sheet contains printed information which is in part card information printed at a predetermined location on a front face of a carrier sheet in a card region thereof and oriented to be disposed on an outer surface of the front and a rear card panel of the card to be formed. The siliconized liner patch, containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive, is laminated on the back surface of the carrier sheet and disposed to extend over the card region. A face patch of clear poly material containing a magnetic strip is immovably secured over the card region on the front face of the paper carrier sheet.Type: GrantFiled: October 10, 2001Date of Patent: November 9, 2004Assignee: Relizon CanadaInventors: Christopher Robert Cox, Thomas MacDonald, Thomas Carrigan, William Dale Ritchie
