    Abstract: A transducer device includes a primary laminate, a secondary laminate, and a functional component. The primary laminate and the secondary laminate have a multi-layer structure, where two inner layers are a conductive mesh and a conductive foil. As assembled, a conductive fastener passes through the primary laminate and the secondary laminate and provides an electrical connection between the laminates. The functional component includes a flat transducer which is in connection with the laminates.
