  • Patent number: 5687956
Abstract: Reinforced fence and building wall construction having upright tubular posts supporting lightweight foam wall panels extending from post to post. The vertical side edges of the panels are recessed to accommodate enough of the post circumferential extent to conceal the posts from exterior view. The panels have reinforcing members, preferably both upper and lower, extending horizontally between and to the panel vertical side edges. Each end of a reinforcing member is similarly recessed and has an adjacent lip, preferably formed from the end of the reinforcing member before its recessing, fitting closely about the post. During installation of such a wall the lips of the reinforcing members are fastened to their respective posts.

  • Patent number: 5671913
Abstract: Fence walls comprising flanged supporting posts spaced on centers and uniform lightweight panels doubly slotted at their ends fitting between adjacent posts and engaging such flanges. The engaged post flanges are substantially concealed from view. At least one face of such panels is grooved horizontally so as to accommodate facing brick or other decorative material. Any ungrooved face of the panels may be covered with stucco or like cementitious material, preferably containing elastomeric and lightweight bulking ingredients, as well as desired coloring.

  • Patent number: 5184808
Abstract: Fence wall construction materials, method, and resulting wall. Flanged fence posts spaced apart at intervals corresponding to the end-to-end length of wall panels have their vertical edges slotted to accommodate the post flanges. Preferably the posts are I-beams or back-to-back C-members, and the panels are preformed lightweight material, such as foamed polystyrene, doubly slotted on their vertical edges to sandwich the post flanges within the slots.

  • Patent number: 5129628
Abstract: Fence wall construction including panels of polymeric material. The vertical edges of such panels are slotted to accomodate flanges of upright supporting posts. The horizontal edges of such panels are slotted to accommodate added reinforcing flanges. A fence wall is made up of a row of flanged posts, adjacent posts being spaced the width of a panel apart, with each pair of posts having a panel interposed, with the post flanges inserted substantially entirely within the slots on the panel vertical edges and thereby concealed.
