The shield includes, a transparent support member having a first end and a second end, a transparent housing hingedly attached at the first end of the transparent support member and latchably engagable with the second end, and at least one brace. The at least one brace has at least one mounting hole therethrough and is removably attached to the transparent support member and the at least one mounting hole is configured to receive a fastener therein for mounting the transparent support member to an electrical interface frame.
