  • Patent number: 9603486
Abstract: A barbecue cooking assembly includes a rotating disk capable of rotating around a shaft and a skewer for impaling food. Several skewer brackets are disposed on the rotating disk. The edge of a disk surface of the rotating disk is provided with a first notch corresponding to each skewer bracket. The end of the skewer bracket is fixedly connected to the disk surface, and the other end extends in a direction far away from the center of the rotating disk to form a limit piece parallel to the disk surface. The limit piece is provided with a second notch corresponding to the first notch and disposed coaxially with the first notch.

  • Publication number: 20160120361
Abstract: This invention discloses a smokeless barbecue device, comprises three layers arranged at different heights: a food placing layer that is used to fix food and can drive the food to rotate along a shaft; a heat source layer that is arranged below said food placing layer and can heat said food; an oil accommodating layer that is arranged below said heat source layer and can accommodate liquids fallen from the food placing layer; wherein, said heat source layer comprises several heat source sub-layers that are arranged at a same height and can be switched between a separated state and a gathered state; when in the separated state, said heat source sub-layers have gaps therebetween, so that oil drops produced on said food placing layer can pass through said gaps, and fall onto said oil accommodating layer; when in the gathered state, said heat source sub-layers are bonded with each other and thus have no gaps therebetween.

Abstract: A barbecue cooking assembly includes a rotating disk (1) capable of rotating around a shaft and a skewer (2) for impaling food. Several skewer brackets (3) are disposed on the rotating disk (1). The edge of a disk surface of the rotating disk (1) is provided with a first notch (4) corresponding to each skewer bracket (3). The end of the skewer bracket (3) is fixedly connected to the disk surface, and the other end extends in a direction far away from the center of the rotating disk (1) to form a limit piece (5) parallel to the disk surface. The limit piece (5) is provided with a second notch (6) corresponding to the first notch (4) and disposed coaxially with the first notch (4).

  • Patent number: 7287551
Abstract: The present invention provides gas control valve including a valve body having a gas inlet, a gas outlet, and a gas passage between the inlet and outlet, and including a valve control element for controlling the flow of gas between the inlet and the outlet. The valve control element includes valve stem have a cam follower in the form of a pin projecting laterally there-from, and a bead 8 at one end of the stem bearing an O-ring that is able to seal against an inside wall surface of the body to seal the gas outlet. The cam follower pin on the stem engages with a cam surface of the valve body. Rotation of the valve control element causes the cam follower pin to co-operate with the cam surface and displace the valve control element to open or close the valve. The present invention also provides a gas appliance having one or more gas burners and a gas control including at least one control value according to the invention.

  • Patent number: 6769447
Abstract: A gas control assembly for controlling supply of fuel gas to a gas burner. The assembly includes a housing having an elongate body with a longitudinally extending gas flow passage, an inlet into the passage for gas communication with a manifold, and an outlet from the passage for directing a regulated flow of gas from the manifold to the burner. A safety valve is mounted in a valve chamber, within the gas flow passage, an is operable to control flow of gas through the gas flow passage from the inlet toward the outlet. An actuating member is mounted in the passage for guided movement along the passage to operate the valve. A regulator valve is mounted in a further valve chamber in the body and is operable to regulate flow of gas to the outlet. The regulator valve lies in a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the gas flow passage.
