  • Publication number: 20210022342
Abstract: The subject invention provides a herbicidal mixture for controlling undesired vegetation in the vicinity of an herbicide resistant rice crop, wherein the herbicidal mixture comprises a) an acetyl Co-A carboxylase (ACCase) inhibiting herbicide or a 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) inhibiting herbicide or an acetolactate (acetohydroxy acid) synthase ALS (MIAS) inhibiting herbicides or combinations thereof and b) an herbicide safener selected from isoxadifen, cloquintocet, AD-67, benoxacor and fenclorim, and esters, salts and combinations thereof. The present invention also provides compositions comprising the herbicidal mixtures disclosed herein and methods of controlling undesired vegetation in the vicinity of a rice crop using the herbicidal mixtures and compositions disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 9610682
Abstract: A free arm worker support for floor and low wall workers includes a top section using a pillow type headrest and a specially designed head and body support deck. The head and body support deck has openings on each side that enable the worker to extend his arm and shoulder below while lying on his side. The head and body support deck is supported by a body support beam. A seat is supported by a seat support beam. The body support beam is pivotally attached by a pivot pin on a base section. The seat support beam is pivotally attached by a pivot pin on the base section. Each of the body and seat support beams are pivotally adjustable by adjustable struts using a lock pin locator. Riser blocks are used to provide space between the support beams and the base section to ensure a minimum free space for the workers arm and shoulder.

  • Patent number: 5005250
Abstract: In stationary equipment including a system for successively conveying curved glass sheets in a linear horizontal pathway through washing and rinsing zones, and than a drying zone, upper and lower air knife assemblies are utilized in the drying zone for simultaneously directing pressurized air streams on the opposite broad surfaces of the glass sheets to effect drying action. Each air knife assembly comprises an elongated bendable casing formed into a plenum disposed transverse to the pathway, with each plenum having a longitudinally extending slot serving as an orifice for emitting the air stream against the glass surface. The slot is defined by parallel spaced flexible strips sealed in longitudinal disposition on the casing. The strips, with the casing to which they are sealed, are adapted to be selectively adjustably shaped to generally conform to various glass sheet configurations.
