    Abstract: An LCD device includes a color filter (CF) substrate, a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The CF substrate includes a first transparent substrate, a CF layer, a black matrix and a shielding layer. The TFT substrate includes a second transparent substrate, a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and an insulating layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. A control signal in the form of an AC voltage is provided to the shielding layer of the CF substrate, and a DC common voltage is provided to the common electrode. An alternating electric field is generated between the AC voltage of the control signal of the shielding layer and the DC common voltage of the common electrode to push impurity ions existed in the liquid crystal layer to swing up and down in the liquid crystal layer.

    Abstract: A power conversion circuit for switching the viewing angle of an LCD, includes an input terminal, an output terminal, a switching unit, an isolating unit, an output unit, a first power supply, a second power supply, and a third power supply. When the input terminal is provided with a low level voltage, the switching unit is switched on, the voltage of the second power supply is provided as a first DC voltage to the output terminal via the switching unit and the isolating unit. When the input terminal is provided with a high level voltage, the switching unit is switched off, the voltage of the third power supply is provided as a second DC voltage to the output terminal via the output unit and the isolating unit, wherein the second DC voltage is higher than the first DC voltage.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a source driving circuit and an LCD device. The source driving circuit includes output channels, and each output channel includes a first switch element, a second switch element, a first output end, and a second output end. The first switch element and the second switch element are respectively connected to the first output end and the second output end. When the first switch element is turned on, the output channel outputs a display signal, and when the second switch element is turned on, the output channel provides recycled charges which are generated when the display signal is changed from a positive voltage to a negative voltage. The source driving circuit can recycle charges to make the most of charges generated when the display signals change from positive voltages to negative voltages and reduce power consumption of the LCD device.
