An end of the releasing mechanism (4) is located inside the second base (2) and slidably disposed on another end of the locking hole (21). The releasing mechanism (4) is operated to push the locking component (3) to disengage from the locking hole (21) for unlocking the second base (2), so as to allow the second base (2) to pivot relative to the first base (1).
