  • Publication number: 20240100581
Abstract: A tool assembly for friction extrusion can comprise a friction extrusion die. The friction extrusion die can include a distal face and a proximal end. The distal face can define at least one topographical ridge or groove feature to induce plasticization of a material in response to an axial force and a rotational force applied by the distal face to the material. The friction extrusion die can define a central passage to carry an extrudate of the material in a proximal direction in response to the applied axial and rotational forces. The proximal end can define a faceted cross-sectional profile to mate a with a corresponding receiving end of a tool holder. The faceted cross-sectional profile can be sized and shaped to receive the rotational force through engagement by the tool holder of respective faces defined by the faceted cross-sectional profile.

  • Patent number: 11313698
Abstract: The invention provides a method for initial alignment of radar assisted airborne strapdown inertial navigation system. By calculating the slant distance and angular position between the radar and the airborne inertial navigation equipment, a nonlinear measurement equation for the initial alignment of the radar assisted inertial navigation system is obtained. The unscented Kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate and compensate the error amount of strapdown inertial navigation system to complete the initial alignment task. The significance of the present invention is to provide an in-flight initial alignment solution when the global positioning system is limited, which has fast convergence speed and high estimation accuracy and has high engineering application value.

  • Publication number: 20220004792
Abstract: Provided is an image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, an image recognition method and an electronic device. The image sensor includes a sensor unit array, an encapsulation layer, a rewiring layer and a circuit board. The sensor unit array includes multiple sensor units, the multiple sensor units are arranged in an array, each sensor unit is configured to generate a respective partial size image of an imaging object, and each sensor unit includes at least one interconnection structure. The encapsulation layer wraps the sensor unit array, and exposes the interconnection structure of each sensor unit. The rewiring layer is disposed on a side of the encapsulation layer, and is electrically connected to the interconnection structure. The circuit board is disposed on a side of the rewiring layer away from the encapsulation layer, and is electrically connected to the rewiring layer.

  • Publication number: 20180163238
Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation containing ergothioneine, the ergothioneine is provided by an extracellular ferment liquor which is obtained by removing the mycelia from the ferment liquor produced through liquid fermentation of a mushroom and/or the concentrate of the extracellular ferment liquor, and the preparation comprises food, cosmetics and animal feed. The method for preparing the preparation comprises liquid fermentation of a mushroom, removing the mycelia from the fermentation product, and selectively concentrating the extracellular ferment liquor obtained after removing the mycelia. The extracellular ferment liquor obtained through the liquid fermentation of a mushroom and/or the concentrate of the extracellular ferment liquor are used in preparing the preparation containing ergothioneine.

  • Patent number: 9598954
Abstract: Provided herein are various embodiments of casing collar locator (CCL) tools, circuits and methods, which enable a CCL tool to selectively operate in passive or active mode. More specifically, a dual-mode CCL tool is provided herein with a mode selection circuit, which may be coupled between a coil of the CCL tool and a wireline of a well survey system. The mode selection circuit may be generally configured to detect a voltage on the wireline, connect the coil of the CCL tool to the wireline if the detected voltage is less than a threshold voltage, and connect the coil of the CCL tool to an amplifier circuit if the detected voltage is greater than or equal to the threshold voltage. The mode selection circuit described herein therefore enables a single CCL tool to be used for a variety of different downhole operations, including but not limited to wireline logging and well perforation jobs.

  • Patent number: 9260962
Abstract: Technologies are described for reducing distortion in amplified signals in well logging tools based on spectral analyses of the amplified signals. For example, a system includes a well logging tool. The well logging tool includes an excitation source to direct an excitation signal towards an environment adjacent a wellbore and a receiver to amplify a probe signal received from the environment adjacent the wellbore in response to the excitation signal. The system also includes a feedback module to receive the amplified signal. The feedback module includes a spectrum analyzer module to spectrally analyze the amplified signal to generate spectral information of the amplified signal; and a controller module to determine, from the spectral information, whether the amplified signal includes distortion, and if so, to issue a feedback signal to the excitation source or the receiver to cause at least a reduction of the distortion in the amplified signal.
