Abstract: The harness resistance for sport, rehabilitation and functional training is a special harness designed to safely secure a resistance to a ball or onto the body. The harness resistance devise can be used to fit any ball or part of the body because it is adjustable. The harness resistance allows the user to then add resistance to the ball but also to his body depending on his needs or his training regiment. The harness resistance allows a great range of motion and thanks to it the resistance can be use in different directions. The user can then work every muscles group of his body. The harness resistance can be use with any kind of resistance such as weights, springs, resistance band, etc. The harness resistance can also be used indoor, outdoor, on water and under water; anywhere the user can attached it to a resistance he can use it. The harness resistance can also be use as a ball holder; he can also be used as a moving target for different type of training.
