The unit includes a transferring plate, shaped to form at least one channel for receiving the fluid, and a flat support plate. The block and the unit are fluidly connected together, the valve being configured to distribute the fluid in the channel of the unit. An intermediary channel extends non-collinearly with an inlet part and an outer part of the valve.

Abstract: Electric fluid heater for a vehicle, including a heating block with an inlet and an outlet for the fluid, a first channel for the fluid intended to flow between the inlet and the outlet, a first tube and a second tube with opposing ends mounted in headers, the tubes having heating elements. The first channel is delimited by a top plate and a bottom plate sealingly connected to the first tube, the second tube and the headers.

Abstract: The header-tank assembly includes a tank, a header a sealing element. The tank includes foot portions configured on at least one pair of opposite sides thereof. The header includes tabs configured on at least one pair of opposite sides. The tabs are crimped along fold lines configured thereon to receive the respective foot portions of the tank and configure connection between the header and the tank. The sealing element is disposed between the foot portions of the tank and the header. A notch is configured on an outside wall of each tab, wherein the notch extends along the fold line to facilitate crimping of the tabs over the respective foot portions and is visible after crimping operation.

Abstract: A protection system for a heat exchanger is disclosed in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The protection system includes at least one net with a first pair of opposite sides and a second pair of opposite sides. The at least one net is deployed over at least one heat exchanger core to cover at least a portion of the at least one heat exchanger core, wherein the at least one net is mounted to either one of a pair of side plates of the at least one heat exchanger core and a pair of headers of the heat exchanger by means of a plurality of engagement elements to deploy the at least one net over the at least one heat exchanger core.
