  • Publication number: 20240392812
Abstract: A pneumatic valve (100) for a pneumatic system (250) of a vehicle (200a) has a cylinder (110) and a main piston (120) arranged within the cylinder (110). The cylinder (110) has an end face (113) with an air distribution channel (130) connected to an air inlet (135) and adapted to deliver pressurized air to move the main piston (120) within the cylinder (110). The air distribution channel (130) delivers air to an inner section (121) and to an outer section (111) being arranged radially outwardly from the inner section (121), and between the main piston (120) and the end face (113). The air distribution channel (130) is adapted to deliver pressurized air to the inner section (121) and to the outer section (111) alternatingly.

  • Publication number: 20240353017
Abstract: A safety valve (100) for a pneumatic conduit (798) includes a valve body (120) having a pressure port (122) pneumatically connected to a pressure side (840) of the pneumatic conduit (798) and a release port (124) pneumatically connected to a release side (860) of the pneumatic conduit (798), a valve piston (140) axially movable along a valve axis (AV) relative to the valve body (120) between a release-side end position (SP1) and a pressure-side end position (SP2), and a valve piston spring (160) that pushes the valve piston (140) into the pressure-side end position (SP2). The safety valve (100) includes a pressure-side gasket (130), which is adapted to inhibit the air flow (AF) between the pressure port (122) and the release port (124) when the valve piston (140) is in the pressure-side end position (SP2).

  • Publication number: 20240344534
Abstract: A safety valve (100) for a pneumatic conduit (798) includes: a valve body (120) with a pressure port (122) pneumatically connected to a pressure side (840) of the pneumatic conduit (798) and a release port (124) pneumatically connected to a release side (860) of the pneumatic conduit (798), a valve piston (140) axially movable along a valve axis (AV) relative to the valve body (120) between a release-side end position (SP1) and a pressure-side end position (SP2), and a valve piston spring (160) to push the valve piston (140) into the pressure-side end position (SP2). A bypass conduit (150) extends through the valve body (120) or the valve piston (140) and, depending on the position of the valve body, permits a release airflow (AF) to flow through the bypass conduit between the pressure port (122) and the release port (124).

  • Patent number: 12092208
Abstract: An actuating device (10) for an automated manual transmission (12) includes a pressure-medium-operated actuator (54) having a piston (58) and a piston rod (64) connectable to the selector element or shift element of the manual transmission. The piston is arranged in a cylindrical receiving chamber (50) of the housing (18) of the actuator and is coaxially movable therein. A sensor system (30)includes a magnet (38) arranged on a holding device (44) and a magnetic-field-sensitive sensor (32) is arranged on the housing radially with respect to the magnet (44).The holding device has a hollow cylindrical geometry, an anti-rotation element (80)is form-lockingly accommodated in an associated recess in the housing (18), and that the anti-rotation element extends across the holding device in the manner of a secant such that rotational movement of the holding device is blocked, although axial and rotational movement of the piston are possible.
