The electronic device for providing a UI comprises: a display for displaying a UI: and a processor connected to the display, wherein the processor is configured to: display a UI including an object, having a first size, for executing at least one function of an application which is executed by the electronic device; detect an moment of the electronic device on the basis of data acquired through a sensor of the electronic device; and display a UI including the object, the size of which is changed from the first size in the UI to a second size, on the basis of the detected movement and information indicating the frequency of user inputs detected from the object.
