  • Patent number: 11964938
Abstract: A compound of the formula (I) wherein R represents a straight or branched, primary or secondary acyclic hydrocarbyl C3-C15 group, which can be saturated or unsaturated, or a straight or branched, primary or secondary acyclic hydrocarbyl C3-C15 group, which can be saturated or unsaturated and wherein one or more of hydrogen atoms is replaced with fluorine atom; X represents hydrogen atom or halogen atom, and * denotes chiral center, and salts thereof. The compound is useful for the treatment of diseases mediated by GPR40, in particular type II diabetes.

  • Publication number: 20160314542
Abstract: A method for autonomous record population with past agricultural treatments, including: monitoring a user device parameter of a user device for a trigger event, wherein the user device is associated with a user account; automatically initiating sensor measurement recordation with a user device in response to occurrence of the trigger event; recording a set of sensor measurements over a treatment time period; automatically identifying a past agricultural treatment based on the sensor measurements; and automatically generating a record of the past agricultural treatment for the user account, the record including: the treatment time period, an identifier for the past agricultural treatment, and a field identifier for the predefined geofence.

  • Patent number: 9400763
Abstract: Expansion boxes have been traditionally used to provide additional expansion slots to those that are provided in the computer system. As the speed of expansion busses has increased, it has become increasingly difficult to provide an expansion box and interconnect to that expansion box that is reliable and low cost. For example, PCI Express Gen 3 provides a very high speed interconnect, allowing data rates up to 32 GBytes/sec in some configurations. Various techniques to maintain the signal integrity of this expansion bus, even over distances greater than 1 meter, are disclosed. Some of these techniques include proper selection of cable impedance, proper selection of PC board materials, and specific PC layout guidelines.

  • Patent number: 7752372
Abstract: A device, system and method adapted to expand a high speed data bus, such as a PCI Express (PCIe) bus, over a serial link with an expansion unit having a high speed data bus, such as a PCIe bus, without using a bridging or switching device. One primary advantage of not using a bridge or switch is that the expansion interface is completely transparent to the BIOS, processor, CPU, OS, or any other component(s) on the host motherboard be they hardware, firmware, or software. This invention does not require additional protocols such as TCP/IP, Serial ATA, Gigabit Ethernet, etc. There is also no implicit hardware or device driver latency resulting from a bridge or switch.
