The axial appendage includes a tubular portion provided with a bottom wall having a hole intended to be slidably engaged by a cylindrical member projecting axially from a button to be associated with the base body with a possibility of a relative movement. The tubular portion has connection means for allowing a switch unit to be removably fastened, which switch unit can be operated as a result of an axial movement of a free end of the cylindrical member of the button.
