  • Publication number: 20240182799
Abstract: Provided is a method for treating an oil gas, which can realize high-efficiency separation for and recovery of gasoline components, C2, C3, and C4 components. The method first conducts separation of light hydrocarbon components from gasoline components, and then performs subsequent treatment on a stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components, during which it is no longer necessary to use gasoline to circularly absorb liquefied gas components, which significantly reduces the amount of gasoline to be circulated and reduces energy consumption throughout the separation process. Besides, in this method, impurities, such as H2S and mercaptans, in the stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components are removed first before the separation for the components. This ensures that impurities will not be carried to a downstream light hydrocarbon recovery section, thus avoiding corrosion issues caused by hydrogen sulfide in the light hydrocarbon recovery section.

  • Publication number: 20240186127
Abstract: An integrated circuit structure includes a source or drain region, and a contact coupled to the source or drain region. Sputter targets that include metals doped with the appropriate dopant types are used to deposit a conductive layer on the source or drain region that is annealed to form a region including metals and semiconductor materials between the source or drain region and the contact. A first dopant is within the source or drain region, and a second dopant is within the region. In one example, the first dopant is elementally different from the second dopant. In another example, the first dopant is elementally the same as the second dopant, wherein a concentration of the first dopant within a section of the source or drain region is within 20% of a concentration of the second dopant within the region.

  • Publication number: 20240185430
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include methods and computer systems for brain image prediction or segmentation. A clinical image file of data representative of a patients' brain image, including structures of interest (SOI) such as the subthalamic nucleus (STN), is applied to and processed by a segmentation process. The segmentation process uses one or more machine learning approaches such as trained deep learning models to identify the SOI in the clinical image. Output by the segmentation process is a segmented image file of data representing the brain image in which the structures of interest (SOI) are segmented. By the segmentation process, the SOI in clinical image, including the locations, orientations and/or boundaries of the SOI, are accurately predicted or identified, and can thereby be presented in an enhanced visualization form (e.g., highlighted) in the segmented image.

  • Publication number: 20240180674
Abstract: A method of placing a dental implant analog in a physical model for use in creating a dental prosthesis is provided. The physical model, which is usually based on an impression of the patient's mouth or a scan of the patient's mouth, is prepared. The model is scanned. A three-dimensional computer model of the physical model is created and is used to develop the location of the dental implant. A robot then modifies the physical model to create an opening for the implant analog. The robot then places the implant analog within the opening at the location dictated by the three-dimensional computer model.
