Abstract: A climb training device, as either a solid piece or as having detachable cylindrical sections with uniform radius and tapering width, having first and second base sides, each base side having a periphery where the device, as a solid piece, or where each of the device's detachable sections has a widest width section and a narrowest width section. A hole is located at the device's center. The hole may include openings on the first and second base sides of the device and a bore connecting the openings. The first and second base sides of the device include contiguous grooves and one or more finger pockets all utilized for finger and hand strength training.
