Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for generating configurable recordings of video live streams. A video live stream may comprise a plurality of participant video streams received from a plurality of video stream participants. Assets, such as graphical overlays, may be added to a video live stream and rendered over the participant video streams. The participant video streams and the assets may be composited to produce a composite video live stream. During the video live stream, events may be detected and logged. The events may be any change during the video live stream. Each video stream participant may generate a local recording of the corresponding participant video stream. A composite video recording may be generated based on the local recordings and the events. The composite video recording may be editable once produced.

The rendered composite video live stream is encoded into a standardized encoded video stream, which may be stored in one or more shared memories. The standardized encoded video stream is encoded into a provider-specific encoded media stream, which is then transmitted to a corresponding media provider.

Abstract: Media, methods, and systems are provided for audio rerouting to echo cancel audio in web browsers hosting video streams. Spoken audio from a presenter in a video stream may be received via a microphone on a presenter computing device using a first audio connection. Echo cancellation for the presenter may be enabled. Media audio from the presenter may be received originating from a second audio connection. In response to receiving the media audio, a loopback connection for the presenter may be created. In the loopback connection, the presenter may act as both the sender and receiver of the media audio. The loopback connection may have echo cancellation enabled and use the first audio connection. Once the loopback connection is created, the audio may be routed through the loopback connection. The audio may then be played out of an audio output device for the presenter with echo cancellation enabled.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for providing on-line healthcare, including receiving, over a network, symptom information for a patient from a person requesting healthcare, generating a health assessment based on the symptom information, and providing an on-line facility whereby a healthcare provider communicates over the network with the person requesting healthcare. The present invention further includes a system and method for ordering prescriptions over a network, transmitting the health assessment to a patient's personal physician over a network, and providing a physician referral for the patient. The present invention also provides for on-line follow-up with the patient after a health assessment is generated.
