The method includes: receiving, by an MIPI switch, an MIPI instruction, and parsing the MIPI instruction preliminarily, to obtain an address and a control instruction in the MIPI instruction; determining, by the MIPI switch, whether the address in the MIPI instruction is the same as an address of the MIPI switch; if the addresses are the same, writing the control instruction into a data register of the MIPI switch; transmitting, by the MIPI switch, the control instruction in the data register of the MIPI switch to a mode identification module; determining, by the mode identification module, which control instruction bits control the MIPI switch, and sending these control instruction bits to a translator in the MIPI switch; and translating, by the translator in the MIPI switch, the control instruction into a component status.

The present disclosure utilizes characteristics of graph update to obtain locality of metapath updates, and combines internal relationship characteristics of metapath instances to greatly speed up metapath generation and achieve real-time inference of dynamic heterogeneous graph models.

The aerobic zone comprises a first aerobic zone and a second aerobic zone, and a reflux pump is arranged between the anoxic zone and the aerobic zone. The anaerobic zone, the anoxic zone and the aerobic zone are internally provided with submersible mixers. Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, and discloses a method for enhanced bio-treatment of refractory organic pollutants with photo-excited holes as electron acceptors. The method comprises the following steps: 1) placing a composite semiconductor-coated carrier material into a reactor, introducing wastewater into the reactor inoculated with anaerobic sludge, and allowing the composite semiconductor-coated carrier material to be immersed in the wastewater, wherein the composite semiconductor-coated carrier material comprises a conductive carrier and composite semiconductor materials loaded on the conductive carrier; 2) carrying out habituated culture on the anaerobic sludge for a period of time, and loading a biological membrane on the surface of the composite semiconductor materials, to construct a photo-excited hole enhanced bioreactor; and 3) treating the refractory pollutants in the wastewater by utilizing the reactor under irradiation.

Abstract: A nanozyme material and a preparation method thereof are provided. In the preparation method, Prussian blue (PB) is used to regulate the peroxidase activity of Fe,NA/CDs, and then gold nanoparticles are synthesized with Fe,NA/CDs as a reducing agent and a stabilizing agent. The nanozyme material has both a peroxidase activity and a Raman enhancement effect, which can be used for nanozyme-based surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). An embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a method for rapidly detection of a Pb2+ ion, which is based on a color change or an additional Raman SERS signal generation caused by nanozyme oxidation. Such sensing signals (colorimetric and SERS analysis) are derived from a catalytic oxidation reaction of ABTS or TMB, while the presence of Pb2+ specifically inhibits the oxidation, such that the rapid detection of Pb2+ can be achieved.

Abstract: A visual loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method for a rapid test of tobacco includes: extracting a genomic DNA of the tobacco, designing primers, establishing a LAMP reaction system, and optimizing the LAMP reaction system. The present disclosure designs the LAMP primers according to a conserved region of a screened tobacco-specific Ntsp151 genomic sequence, and establishes the LAMP method based on color determination. The present disclosure can rapidly identify flue-cured tobacco leaves, finished cigarettes, and tea cigarettes, and achieves a detection limit of 200 copies per reaction. The test results of the LAMP method for non-tobacco samples are negative, indicating that the LAMP method has high specificity. Compared with the quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) method, the LAMP method has a coincidence rate of 96.7%, but the LAMP method only needs about 1 h to obtain the results.
