Abstract: A memory device, a memory system, and a fabricating method are provided. The disclosed memory device comprises: an array of vertical transistors arranged in a lateral plane, each vertical transistor comprising: a channel structure extending vertically with respect to the lateral plane; and a drain structure comprising: a first semiconductor layer in contact with a first end of the channel structure and having a first dopant concentration and a first lattice structure, and a second semiconductor layer between the first semiconductor layer and a bit line, and having a second dopant concentration different from the first dopant concentration and a second lattice structure different from the first lattice structure.

Abstract: A backrest of a height-adjustable chair includes a height-adjustable seat including a seat cushion frame, a seat cushion thereon, and a backrest connection unit including a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion on the seat cushion frame; and a backrest body including a backrest frame body, a backrest plate, and an S-shaped frame body therebetween. A clearance for adjustment is defined between the backrest frame body and the backrest plate, and an S-shaped portion of the S-shaped frame body is located therein. An end of the backrest frame body close to the height-adjustable seat is mounted at the first mounting portion, a lower end of the S-shaped frame body is mounted at the second mounting portion, when the backrest body is raised, the S-shaped frame body is extended, and when the backrest body is lowered, the S-shaped frame body is compressed.

Abstract: An additive manufacturing system and an additive manufacturing method are disclosed including a powder supply device, configured to supply a powder material; a forming device, configured to accommodate the powder material from the powder supply device, and provide a space for printing the powder material into a workpiece; an energy source, configured to selectively apply an energy beam to the powder material in the forming device to print the powder material; and a Coulomb force application device, configured to apply a Coulomb force to the powder material in the forming device in a predetermined direction. The Coulomb force can be selectively applied to the powder material by the Coulomb force application device to provide a controlled vector force, thereby improving the industrial applicability of the additive manufacturing system and method.

Abstract: The invention discloses a tissue engineering graft, comprising:(a) pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material; and (b) seed cells, which can be inoculated on the described biodegradable material and are selected from:(i) fibroblasts; (ii) adipose derived cells, or (iii) mixture of dermal fibroblasts and ASCs according to the ratio of 1:10000-10000:1. The graft can be prepared by mixing of seed cell and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, obtaining a construct of seed cells and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, then culturing the construct in a bioreactor in vitro. The graft can be used for repairing the defect of tendon tissues.
