Patent number: 11946002Abstract: Provided is a method for treating an oil gas, which can realize high-efficiency separation for and recovery of gasoline components, C2, C3, and C4 components. The method first conducts separation of light hydrocarbon components from gasoline components, and then performs subsequent treatment on a stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components, during which it is no longer necessary to use gasoline to circularly absorb liquefied gas components, which significantly reduces the amount of gasoline to be circulated and reduces energy consumption throughout the separation process. Besides, in this method, impurities, such as H2S and mercaptans, in the stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components are removed first before the separation for the components. This ensures that impurities will not be carried to a downstream light hydrocarbon recovery section, thus avoiding corrosion issues caused by hydrogen sulfide in the light hydrocarbon recovery section.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2020Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignees: SINOPEC ENGINEERING INCORPORATION, SINOPEC ENGINEERING (GROUP) CO., LTD.Inventors: Mengqi Huang, Longhong Yu, Lei Wu, Shengyang Jiang, Yuwen Ding, Na Gao, Di Wu, Dan Duan

Publication number: 20240097483Abstract: Carrier signal generators are provided. The carrier signal generator includes a master processing module and a plurality of slave processing modules. Each slave processing module is used to control a corresponding one of universal power units of the UPS. The slave processing modules output, according to a synchronously received reference signal, control signals to control the universal power units to receive power from the mains or a rechargeable battery. When the mains is normal, each slave processing module synchronously generates a three-phase rectification control signal to rectify and output power from the mains. When the mains is abnormal, each slave processing module generates a first DC-DC control signal independently of the reference signal output by the master processing module, so as to convert and output power from the rechargeable battery. The carrier signal generator has improved compatibility and improved current conversion quality and is low cost.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2023Publication date: March 21, 2024Inventors: Huahong Ning, Dengke Zhang, Lei Cao, Dan Liu, Qinghui Ding

Publication number: 20240086386Abstract: The present disclosure provides more efficient techniques for removing a host from a multi-host database system. An instruction to remove a host system may be received. In response, a determination of whether the first host system does or does not store any source tables is made based on a host-type identifier for the host system. This determination may not require obtaining landscape information for each of the hosts in the database system. If the host system stores replica tables and does not store source tables, those replica tables may be dropped based on the determination that the first host system does not store any source tables. As such, in cases where table redistribution is not needed the landscape information is not obtained, thereby making the host removal process more efficient.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 8, 2022Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Hans-Joerg Leu, Dan Ding, Srinivas Gajjalakonda, Fei Qiu, Carsten Mueller, Alexander Schroeder

Patent number: 11899645Abstract: A two phase move technique for moving groups of tables may reduce cross-host communication and length of table locks. A group including a first table and a second table may be moved to the destination host system. This is done by creating a third table replicating the first table and creating a fourth table replicating the second table on the destination host, and replicas of other tables in the group. The tables in the group are not locked against modifications during the creation of the replica tables. After the creation of the replicas, roles of the original tables and the created tables are switched such that the original tables are set to the replica role and the created tables stored on the destination are set to the source role. The original tables are dropped after the switching of the roles.Type: GrantFiled: September 9, 2022Date of Patent: February 13, 2024Assignee: SAP SEInventors: Fei Qiu, Hans-Joerg Leu, Srinivas Gajjalakonda, Dan Ding

Patent number: 11389446Abstract: A theranostic agent can be used in both photoacoustic imaging (PAI) and photothermal therapy (PTT) applications. The theranostic agent can include a small molecule, organic compound with absorption in the near-infrared (NIR) interrogation window (700-900 nm). The compound can be a biocompatible organic nanoparticle (ONP). The theranostic agent can be effectively used in PAI and PAI-guided PTT applications. The theranostic agent can be administered to a patient to locate a tumor site in the patient using in vivo imaging techniques. Once the tumor site has been determined, the tumor site can be irradiated with near-infrared light to stop or inhibit the growth of the tumor.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2018Date of Patent: July 19, 2022Assignee: THE HONG KONG UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGYInventors: Benzhong Tang, Dan Ding, Ji Qi

Patent number: 9109155Abstract: The development of a series of fluorescent materials including heterocycle-functionalized luminogens with aggregation-induced/enhanced emission (AIE/AEE), long wavelength emission, and high solid state fluorescence quantum efficiency is contemplated. The described fluorescent materials are promising candidates in selective luminescence-based chemosensor for Hg2+ or ATP, fluorescent staining for mitochondria in living cells with high photostability, stimuli-responsive luminescent materials, and materials for optical waveguides. In addition, these heterocycle-functionalized luminogens are particularly useful as fluorescent labels for biopolymers such as peptides, antibodies, or nucleic acids, making them useful as AIE-active biocompatible probes for clinical cancer imaging and diagnostics.Type: GrantFiled: May 24, 2013Date of Patent: August 18, 2015Assignees: The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, National University of SingaporeInventors: Benzhong Tang, Wing Yip Lam, Na Zhao, Min Li, Bin Liu, Haibin Shi, Dan Ding
