Abstract: A pressurized solution dispenser made of pressure rated piping components so that attachment to source flow provides inlet flow into pressure rated storage tank and out of tank and back into flow line. Outlet line will have a flow control nozzle in line before the junction of the crossover piping as well as after the junction with the crossover piping. Crossover piping between the inlet and the outlet lines with a flow control valve to allow control of the dilution of the mixture going into the flow line and the duration of the dispensing period.
