    Abstract: A battery current collector plate and a battery, the current collector plate comprising a current collector plate body and a weld zone, the current collector plate body having a first face for contacting a rolled core, and a second face opposite the first face; at least a portion of the second face is provided with the weld zone, and the weld zone has a lower laser reflectivity than the first face. In the present utility model, the weld zone of low laser reflectivity is provided on the current collector plate, such that a surface of the current collector plate absorbs laser energy more effectively, thereby increasing the efficiency and precision of welding. At the same time, the weld zone of low laser reflectivity can also reduce the temperature and the amount of heat generated during laser welding, thereby safeguarding the performance and stability of a rolled core assembly.

At least one of the anode and the cathode includes a plurality of apertures formed from an inner radial surface of the roll to an outer radial surface of the roll. The plurality of apertures form passageways that are configured to facilitate a flow of the electrolyte within the roll such that the electrolyte flows into the roll.

In the method, the OLT further transmits, to the ONU, at least one indicator indicating the optical communication capability. In this way, the OLT can negotiate the optical communication capability with the ONU, thus avoiding data transmission failures or performance degradation caused by device incompatibility.
