    Abstract: A modified immune effector cell may be one in which the functions of a T cell antigen receptor (TCR) and major histocompatibility complexes (MHCI, MHCII) in the modified immune effector cell are inhibited in a T cell. Such a modified immune effector cell may include a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting GD2. Such a modified immune effector cell may knock out TCR and HLA-A genes expressed by the cell while recognizing surface antigens of tumor cells, so that multiple effects of improving the anti-tumor effect of CAR-T cells, prolonging the survival time of the cells, and reducing the immune rejection response caused by allogeneic cell therapy may be reduced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to use of a Clostridium ghonii spore combined with pembrolizumab in cancer treatment. It is found for the first time that the Clostridium ghonii spore combined with pembrolizumab can significantly improve a curative effect of colon cancer and reduce a dose of the pembrolizumab, and thus is efficient and low-toxic. Oncolysis by Clostridium ghonii can affect immunogenicity of a tumor microenvironment (TME) by various ways, converts an immunosuppressive state of the TME into an immune-activated state, adjusts the immunosuppressive TME, and breaks an immune tolerance. An optimal combination of the Clostridium ghonii spore and the pembrolizumab thoroughly removes about 20% of mouse tumor tissues. A benefit range of patients with tumors treated by a PD-1 antibody is expanded. The combination even has an obvious curative effect on patients failed the treatment by the PD-1 antibody.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for treating an oil gas, which can realize high-efficiency separation for and recovery of gasoline components, C2, C3, and C4 components. The method first conducts separation of light hydrocarbon components from gasoline components, and then performs subsequent treatment on a stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components, during which it is no longer necessary to use gasoline to circularly absorb liquefied gas components, which significantly reduces the amount of gasoline to be circulated and reduces energy consumption throughout the separation process. Besides, in this method, impurities, such as H2S and mercaptans, in the stream rich in the light hydrocarbon components are removed first before the separation for the components. This ensures that impurities will not be carried to a downstream light hydrocarbon recovery section, thus avoiding corrosion issues caused by hydrogen sulfide in the light hydrocarbon recovery section.

A sender user device creates a digital signature using its private key. The sender double-encrypts a transmission using both the public keys of a recipient user device and a first relay user device. The transmission is transmitted from the sender to the recipient through a plurality of relay user devices. Each relay user device receives the transmission, decrypts a first layer of encryption with its private key, encrypts the transmission with the public key of a subsequent user device; and forwards the data transmission to the subsequent user device. The recipient authenticates the digital signature of the sender using the public key of the sender.
