This overcomes the defects of low efficiency in manual dicing of seed potatoes and waste of seed potatoes. The half-cut seed potatoes will be conveyed to next intelligent dice identification station to ensure high utilization of seed potato production.

Abstract: An InGaN solar photovoltaic device includes a base band, a light absorption layer, an n-type ZnO electron transport layer, and a p-type InN hole transport layer, the p-type InN hole transport layer is on a front side of the light absorption layer, and the base band and the n-type ZnO electron transport layer are on a back side of the light absorption layer, wherein the light absorption layer includes a p-type InxGa1-XN layer and an n-type InyGa1-yN layer which are superposed, where 0.2<x<0.4 and 0.2<y<0.4, and the p-type InxGa1-XN layer and the n-type InyGa1-yN layer are doped with Si and Mg. The InGaN solar photovoltaic device with a flexible multi-layer structure features high in energy conversion efficiency, low in cost, simple in manufacturing, and easy to implement, and thus has a broad prospect in application.

The embodiment stores the package in a persistent storage together with a respective package status. The embodiment transmits the package to the data pipeline in response to the storing. The embodiment receives a commit notification for the package from a target system in response to the transmitting. The embodiment then removes the package from the persistent storage in response to receiving the commit notification for the package.

Abstract: An inertial electrostatic confinement (IEC) fusion facility with inner ion source includes an anode, a cathode, a high-voltage lead-in support rod connected to the cathode, an inner ion source, a vacuum system, and a high-voltage system. An anode potential of the inner ion source is lower than an anode potential of the IEC; the cathode is a spherical net structure having longitude and latitude circles, and cooling channels are arranged in the longitude and latitude circles. An ion motion trajectory perturbation device (IMTPD) is arranged in the IEC for performing perturbation to change an angular momentum of an ion motion. IMTPD can avoid the ion loss for the long time confinement when the ion move back and forth in IEC. The high vacuum can avoid the ion loss and the power consume of high voltage source induced by the ionization. A neutron yield and a gain-loss ratio can be improved.
