  • Publication number: 20260167583
Abstract: A composition including a granular fertilizer for application to an environment, a urease inhibitor, a nitrification inhibitor, carboxylated polymer, along with a food source of microbial life. In some exemplary embodiments, the composition can further include a water-insoluble physical coating that slows the release of the granular fertilizer into the environment after application. Additionally, a secondary coating can be applied wherein the secondary coating can include one or more alternating layers of an isocyanate and a polyol.

  • Publication number: 20240345914
Abstract: A method for servicing building equipment using generative artificial intelligence models includes receiving a multi-modal data input characterizing operation of the building equipment using multiple modes of data, associating related data portions from each mode of the multi-modal data input to form a set of original analysis packages, training at least one data generator to generate artificial analysis packages using the original analysis packages, using the at least one data generator to generate a set of artificial analysis packages, and adjusting an output model using the set of artificial analysis packages and the set of original analysis packages. The output model is configured to generate a service relevant multi-modal data output for use in servicing the building equipment.

  • Publication number: 20220411345
Abstract: A compositions of new nitrification/volatilization inhibitor products that also contain a liquid solvent, a carboxylated polymer component, a nitrification inhibitor, and/or a volatilization inhibitor that is either uniformly applied to granular fertilizers (containing nitrogen or not containing nitrogen), or to a liquid fertilizer product in a tank. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a product comprising: from about 1-5 parts liquid solvent, from about 0.5-5 parts carboxylated polymer, from about 0.5-5 parts nitrification inhibitor, from 0.5-5 parts volatilization inhibitor, and optionally from about 0-5 parts sugar alcohol.

  • Patent number: 6988676
Abstract: A spray cleaner (10) is provided for rotatingly cleaning an interior of a vessel or the like. The spray cleaner has a main body (12) and a rotating spray body (14). The main body is at a proximal end of the spray cleaner, and the rotating spray body is at a distal end of the spray cleaner. An internal flow conduit (22) in the main body of the rotating spray body communicates a fluid inlet in the main body to a plurality of spray nozzles (18) in at least one spray head which is a part of the rotating spray body. A drive train (30) for rotating the spray body is positioned in the main body, such that the flow conduit passes around the drive train in an annular passage coaxial with the drive train, providing cooling thereto. A vaned rotor (26) in the flow conduit is connected to an input shaft (28) of the drive train, which transfers torque to an output drive system (42) that is fixedly connected to the rotating spray body.

  • Patent number: 5297355
Abstract: A fly fishing practice and amusement device utilizing a magnetic conducting target plate. The device has a central box to which a plurality of target units can be connected. Visual or aural indications are given when the target is hit by a simulated fly with a steel leader which completes a connection between the conducting plate and a projecting conducting lip at the target unit. A digital counter can be used for each target unit which keeps count of the number of hits by each of the participants over a given time period.
