The sensor arrangement (20) is configured to capture image data of a cargo (31) on or within a trailer (3) coupled to the vehicle (2). The calculation unit (10) is configured to analyze the captured image data and therefrom to determine an actual position of the cargo (31) to monitor the cargo (31). The calculation unit (10) is further configured to inform the driver of the vehicle (2), when the actual position of the cargo (31) differs from a predefined position by more than a predefined threshold.
